Scrambled Eggs Done Right
Ingredients
two eggs
1 tbsp salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon distilled water (Optional)
1 tblsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions

Whisk the eggs, mayonnaise, and water together with a fork in a cup or small basin. In a skillet, melt margarine over low heat. Pour in the eggs and constantly stir them as they cook. When the eggs are set but still moist, transfer them to a plate. Don't overcook the food. Salt and pepper should not be added until the eggs are on the platter, but they are equally delicious without.
