Ingredients

Olive oil, 1/2 cup
Ranch dressing, 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce, 3 teaspoons
1 tablespoon freshly minced rosemary
two salty teaspoons
1/8 cup lemon juice
White vinegar, 1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste
white sugar, one tablespoon, or as desired (Optional)
5 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions

Step 1
Olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper, and sugar should all be combined in a medium bowl. Observe for five minutes. Stir the marinade into the basin containing the chicken before adding it. 30 minutes of refrigeration under cover.

Step 2: Warm the grill to a medium-high temperature. Put the chicken on skewers after discarding the marinade.

Step 3
Give the grill grate a little oil. Grill the skewers for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
